Your Meat Rule: Some Surf But No Turf

As a rule, people with type A blood stand the best chance of losing weight when they eat a plant-rich diet, preferably a totally vegetarian diet. But there are plenty of foods from the sea that are not only okay to eat, but some are beneficial. However, when it comes to meats you need to know they’re hostile to people with type A blood.
